ACCELERATION AND DIGITIZATION OF BANKING PROCESSES

A French multinational investment bank and financial services company wanted to accelerate the digital transformation of its structure. The project consisted in the management of a program to create a process and an environment aiming at accelerating the digitization of internal and external processes.

To accelerate the process digitization, in a time boxed approach, various projects have been carried out in parallel:

  • Development of an integrated agile approach: implementation plan definition to digitize more than 20 processes in a maximum of 4 months each and collaboration between IT and banking business enhancement

  • Physical environment design to manage project with the agile framework

  • Hub valuation during the “Techweek” (event to present the existing digital solutions to more than 4,000 visitors)

  • Agile management of those projects and ecosystem facilitation
