An international industrial agri-food group wanted to improve its industrial performance to meet global standards in its sector (Reach World Class Manufacturing).

The objective was to improve the company's production management system, to seek for operations efficiency, to increase the capacity of existing facilities, to lower operating costs and material losses. The project included:

  • The identification of different causes of dysfunctions and of productivity losses on the lines,

  • The implementation of new structure and new factories's performance indicators,

  • The deployment of a continuous improvement approach and the insurance of the operational excellence's sustainability
