An economic interest group (EIG) consisting of 16 companies in the services industry is facing obsolescence of its core business software. The project aims at standardizing and aligning their processes on best practices.

The long-term project aimed at aligning the different participants of the EIG and at producing tangible results at each stage.

  • Achieving a diagnosis, an IT strategic plan and a benchmark

  • Assisting in choosing a software (CRM, ERP, EDM), aligning business processes to the best practices and preparing and implementing of the different phases

  • Managing the project and the deployments, achieving data migration and support and training of end users
