I decided to join the consultancy world after graduating as a Computer & Communication Engineer and earning a master’s degree in Engineering Management.

After several years at Abington, and being amongst the first hires, I can truly say that I am proud to have participated in this adventure, and to have witnessed Abington’s growth throughout these years. In my professional adventure, I have acquired a variety of skills. Each mission allowed me to take on new challenges and to be the professional that I am today; a versatile person who can adapt to any situation and cultivate self-confidence.

Abington got me out of my comfort zone and helped me exceed my limits. I was still a senior consultant when I was handed a one-year mission in Dubai in 2014. I was responsible for managing a project in 5 gulf countries, which at that point in time, felt like I was carrying a lot of responsibility on my shoulders. At the end of the mission, I was nominated with a colleague for the Zátopek Prize, and we both received recognition medals from the client.

My journey in consulting is also a human adventure. During my missions, I was able to meet many people, visit several countries and discover new cultures. I appreciated this diversity as it helped increase my emotional intelligence.
