In a very important product mix context and annual sales volume of over one billion units, each change in the business process must be confronted to the impacts in terms of productivity and of operational costs. The project included:

  • The mapping of regulatory requirements and business in terms of traceability of 5 international zones

  • The definition of level of ambition to reach to the risks and costs of operations induced

  • The redefinition of the practices of organizations and SI to implement in logistics warehouses

  • The development of International Roll-Out Program (130 warehouses)
