  • Enable global management of operating costs: management of personnel costs and management of overheads

  • Manage the forecasts per business (or business combination) of the activity, associated margins and result per legal entity, according to the threshold defined by the divisions

  • Industrialize the production of the forecast, refine the landing forecasts and provide the group with a real simulation capacity.

  • Ensuring consolidated reporting at Corporate level and enriching it with other indicators according to the needs of the activities (Income Statement, Balance Sheet)
