ELABORATION OF A ROADMAP TO IMPROVE ITS PROFITABILITY

 A leader of all-inclusive holidays, having an increasing turnover, wanted to elaborate its roadmap to improve its profitability.

An analysis of processes and ABC framework were conducted as part of this project, in a Lean approach:

  • Cost analysis and value creation: development of the ABC model, allocation and keys selection, detailed processes, costs distribution and tools.

  • Optimizing operational levers identification: identification of operational losses hidden into processes and procedures, onboard operating people in the analysis to secure the roadmap implementation

  • Roadmap elaboration: synthesize all the information gathered, data layout and information to reduce the risks and uncertainties for future decisions
